Allison is a project manager for commercial drug product regulatory submissions. She collaborates with a cross-disciplinary team to facilitate on time, right first time submissions. In addition to this work, she supports projects aimed at addressing larger organizational initiatives using mixed-methods approaches. Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry, she worked at a CRO supporting regulatory start-up activities for clinical trials. She also has experience as a clinical research coordinator managing pediatric oncology clinical trials.
Additionally, Allison recently completed her graduate degree in clinical and translational research and is continuing her studies at the doctoral level in translational health sciences. Her research leverages qualitative approaches to explore the implementation of patient centricity in regulatory decision-making.
