Monika McDole-Russell, MS, RAC, is a Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Medtronic, where she leads a global team responsible for pre- and post-market activities for the Gastrointestinal product portfolio. With over 15 years of management and leadership experience, Monika is skilled in building and guiding top-performing, diverse, global teams in mid-sized and large companies. She has experience building teams from scratch, optimizing existing teams, and stabilizing teams experiencing the uncertainty change can bring. Leadership and developing teams aren't just part of her job description - they are two of her professional passions. Monika holds certifications from several Medtronic leadership development and coaching programs, as well as certification in leadership of people, teams and organizations from Columbia Business School.
