Kathleen E. O’Sullivan

Kathleen (Kathy) is a senior regulatory affairs professional in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical technology, currently employed by Bayer Pharmaceuticals as Director Regulatory Affairs, Strategy, Women’s Health. She has over 25 years’ experience in leading high performing teams through successful execution of regulatory submission objectives and regulatory excellence. Her expertise includes regulatory strategy, drug discovery, research and development, combination products and regulatory operations in the drug and medical device industries.
Kathy has a master’s degree in jurisprudence from Seton Hall University School of Law, a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Iona University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In her spare time, Kathy enjoys volunteering, is Co-Chair of the RAPS Educational Committee, rescues and fosters abandoned dogs, and is an avid gardener.
