A Software Engineer by profession, Padma has extensive software development and project management experience in the IT industry with varied domains like Banking, eLearning and Life Science. In her current position at ArisGlobal she is responsible for driving and leading regulatory solutions for Medical Devices Authorization, Post-approval and Compliance. She is leading the solution for Dossier submissions for different regions and automation of Interactions with health authorities, e.g. USFDA, EMA and others and also working on regulatory challenges like Packaging Management for different types of Drugs and Medical Devices.
