Daniela Drago, PhD, RAC, FRAPS

Daniela Drago is a Partner at NDA Partners, a ProPharma Company, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at George Washington University’s School of Medicine. She brings over 20 years of global regulatory expertise spanning small molecules, biologics, cell and gene therapies, and combination products across rare and common disease areas.

Daniela has held leadership positions in pharmaceutical and biotech companies, consulting organizations, and academic institutions. Her industry experience includes companies ranging in size from start-ups to major multinational corporations, including Hoffmann-La Roche, Biogen, and Bausch & Lomb. This breadth provides practical insight into product development across company sizes and several therapeutic areas, including ophthalmology, neurology, and oncology.

Daniela formerly served as Associate Professor at George Washington University School of Medicine and maintains an academic appointment there in the Department of Pediatrics.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS). She is a RAPS fellow, and her contributions to the regulatory profession have been recognized with several awards, including the TOPRA Award for Regulatory Excellence and the RAPS Community Leadership Award.
