Victor S. Pribluda, PhD

Senior International Regulatory Intelligence Manager
United States Pharmacopeia

Victor S. Pribluda is the Senior International Regulatory Intelligence Manager at the Global External Affair division at the United States Pharmacopeia since 2019. Previously he was a Principal Program Manager at USP’s USAID-sponsored Promoting the Quality of Medicines Program (PQM), where he led several initiatives in Latin America and Caribbean countries and other PQM portfolios. Before joining USP in 2006, he worked at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, and held scientific and leadership roles in research and development at EntreMed, a pharmaceutical company that developed novel treatments for cancer.
Dr. Pribluda earned his M.S. in Chemical Science from the National University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his Ph.D. in Cellular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel.
