Alexandra Massoud

Exact Sciences

Alexandra (Ali) Massoud is the VP, Clinical Affairs and Strategic Collaborations at Exact Sciences. Ali oversees the development, execution and quality of clinical studies to support product development and post-market evidence generation and the cultivation of research strategic partnerships. Patient advocacy and health equity are key areas of focus. Prior to joining Exact Sciences in 2015, Ali worked at Quintiles (IQVIA) for 7 years, managing clinical operations, sponsor partnerships, and global set up and implementation of risk-based monitoring clinical trials. Ali’s other industry experience includes in-house and field base site management roles at Amgen. Her therapeutic area experience includes gastroenterology, oncology, hematology, neurology, dermatology, and nephrology. She is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Chicago Chapter, is actively involved with MDIC, and sits on the board of directors for Triage Cancer.
